Return and exchange policy

1. Returns: We accept returns with a 70% refund of the product price, as each design is custom-made and not kept in stock. The shipping charges from your location to us, set by your local courier (ranging from PKR 300-700), will be your responsibility.

2. Size Exchanges: For size-related exchanges, a fee of PKR 500 will be charged. Additionally, the shipping charges from your location to us, set by your local courier (ranging from PKR 300-700), will also be borne by you.

3. Design Exchanges: For design-related exchanges, a fee of PKR 1,000 will apply. The shipping charges from your location to us (ranging from PKR 300-700 as per your local courier) will also be your responsibility.
