At Oblyvyon, every T-shirt is made on demand to ensure premium quality and detailed craftsmanship.

Returns & Damaged Items

We accept returns or refunds only if the issue is from our end, including:

• Damaged fabric

• Visible cuts or stitching defects

• Noticeable stains

• Wrong item delivered

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos as proof.

All approved returns must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Size Exchange Policy

Since all items are made on demand, we do not offer free size exchanges.

However, customers may request a size exchange for a service fee of Rs. 1000 (including delivery charges). Our delivery partner will collect the original item and deliver the new size. The item must be unused and in original condition.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, and if approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or via bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders.

Important Notes

• We do not accept returns for change of mind.

• We do not accept return requests after 48 hours of delivery.

• Customized or altered products are non-refundable unless defective.
